·2 years agoThat might mean that the seller doesn't ship to your Primary Shipping Address (or the address you chose when trying to confirm a bid or offer that requires pre-authorization of payment). If you plan to ship it to an address in a different location from your Primary Shipping Address try changing at My eBay: Account: Addresses. And/or find another listing that DOES have your location set up to ship to.
OR it might mean that eBay bots detect that there might be some export/import restriction on the item between the seller's country and yours (which seems to go by your Registration Address as opposed to or in addition to your shipping address). You can try another listing in case it was due to some language the seller of the first item had in the listing that the bots picked up on.
In either case you find another listing/seller.
