Problem with authenticity guarantee
I sold two Cartier love bracelets 750 or 18k. They were sent back to me with no other explanation except we could not verify the item. Since then, it’s been about a month, and the two buyers who bought the bracelets still want them. So I sent back to the Cartier store o bought them from just to make sure nothing had been swapped out on me and they still had my paperwork and the matching serial numbers, I also took them two several high end jewelry stores to see if they could spot what these eBay professionals spotted everyone of the 4 offered to buy them from me. This is a problem that needs to be addressed, has anyone else had an issue with eBay authenticity guarantee process?
