Problem with Anatole nut milk maker
I purchased an Anatole nut milk maker, and three months later it stops working the plug assembly would pull completely completely out of the back. I do not have an operational nut milk maker and I contacted the seller. The seller has ignored me. I have contacted the Warranty Who told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer is ignoring me because it was a dropship and they say I need to go through the seller who is not responding. I have reached out to eBay, eBay took my complaint and nothing has happened. I am a very unhappy customer

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee (not a warranty)
Almost all items sold on eBay have no warranty. Only items sold by factory dealers are covered. Items sold by others are second hand sales and are often not covered by the manufacturer even if the item was never used.

OP2 years agoWhy shop on Ebay then? In this particular case, the item has a warranty, both manufacturer and purchased after market. Being ignored by all three is simply poor customer service and bad business practice. If the item is so poorly made it malfunctions after three months it's a lemon.

If you purchased a third party warranty, THEY are the ones that need to help you.
I see in your feedback you purchased a SquareTrade warranty, they left their phone number:
"Thanks for buying a SquareTrade warranty. Call 877-WARRANTY if you need help!"
