Mentor7 months agoSellers can block anyone for any reason or for no reason at all. Do any of these fit your situation? You are trying to purchase from an international seller who has the USA blocked, you have 2 or more unpaid transactions, the listing states the seller will not ship to your state (there is a problem with the weight and/or dimensions so ebay cannot calculate the shipping cost from the seller's zip code to your zip code).
