Problem with a return

Question

I have purchase this item from a scammer which eBay has deleted and I cannot contact him, eBay send me a solution with an address to ship this item to Australia, but no label and any info. eBay support is been closed since before Christmas. I cannot contact any one to solve this issue, I am not paying 50 dollars to ship something to Australia that is worth zero. What can I do?

You shouldn't have to do that - what is the return for - perhaps the agent misunderstood the issue.

If eBay closed their account, especially for fraud/scam, you should still be able to get a refund.

Support is not closed.

Open this Help page on Removed listings
At the bottom Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT in the bottom space, then press the Send arrow
Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions.
For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" click on "Yes"
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.

I tried it and only had to enter AGENT once to get the live agent option.

Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
