This really sucks I bought a used laptop from Hawk Link only to get screwed!! Not only does the laptop not turn on but Hawk Link won't do refunds either!! I really needed the laptop for my college class. Now I don't know what I'm going to do!! I can't afford to buy a new one. Ugh!! This isn't right!!

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee.

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdefectiveâ€œ. Attach a photo.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
