Problem with a client
Hello,
I'm having an issue with a buyer who purchased two pairs of shoes from me. At first, he told me they were too big and wanted to send them back using a return label. I asked him several times for photos of the items, but he never sent them. Then he tried to request a return on eBay, stating that he didn’t like them, so eBay didn’t generate any return labels based on the customer’s response. After that, this customer told me he wants to keep them to resell them for $20 and $25 each. But he’s making it clear that he wants me to refund him the difference. So he stands to gain, and I’ll be the one losing out. What would you do in my place? Thanks for your help

If this Buyer opened a refund request on eBay and it was denied, the case is closed. He cannot open a new request. He might be able to file a chargeback with his financial institution but eBay will tell you if he does that.
I would stop communicating with him. If his messages become aggressive, eBay has a Report feature in eBay messaging. Report just one message and eBay can read the rest.
There is no need to refund him anything.
