Problem with a buyer
I had this buyer buy a used Funko pop from me for 7 dollars free shipping and handling but what happened was the wrong pop was sent to them instead of the one they ordered. I got a insulting message from them about how it was shipped even though it was wrapped in plastic and secure in box. I replied to them that no one else had a issue with the shipping and that I would issue them a refund as letting them keep the pop they got. I then told them they may find the pop they wanted at a different place.
Well i issued the refund and the next day they leave this paragraph long negative feedback claiming I cheated them and made them out to be a villain as well as smearing me all over. I was wondering if anyone else ever had problems like this before?
