All you can do is try again. What browser are you using? Have you tried another browser to rule out any problems with your current browser?

I'm sorry that is happening.

Here are some things to try, and at the end, a contact for customer service.

A) Log out and back in.

Clear your cache

Use a different browser (example: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)

Browsers and clearing cache advice:

B) Try on the computer if you are using the App, or vice versa

C) There are some tech issues that may be solved by

1) save your listing for later (scroll to the bottom)

2) close eBay

3) re-open eBay

4) re-open your draft
