problem to refund cancellation case
Summary: eium9972 is experiencing difficulties refunding a buyer on eBay despite having sufficient funds. They have repeatedly tried to process the refund, but it keeps getting reversed, and eBay has suggested updating financial information. Despite contacting eBay through various channels, the issue remains unresolved, and they have downgraded their store plan in the process.
buyer want to cancel purchase and i accept and send refund but did not go through and ebay told me to update my financial instruments i do not know what is wrong with my info. i had money in ebay 6 times more than amount to refund and more money in my bank account . i tried 2 more times all reversed back to me and Ebay tells me to refund in message .cancellation request is pending and i contacted trugh robots and phone calls they said will call back 3 times and never done it . I downgrade my store from anchor to regular so nobody answer phone now . I could refund other 2 returned items without problem . pls help

You need to have a credit card as a backup method to refund orders.

There is no incoming phone number for buyers or sellers. If you want a call back from eBay Customer Service, here is how to get a call:

Scroll to the Bottom of the page
1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "payments"
3) Type "Agent"
4) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
5) Click “Have Us Call You” (or "Chat with an Agent")
