Problem: This coat Has TWO COLLARS, But NO HOOD. Item doesNOT matchDescription/NOT As Described.
Thank you for your prompt processing and shipment of my wintercoat order.
But while the coat arrived early and on time, Unfortunately there was one significant problem. The coat doesNOT match item or description, please note: The coat is not actually hooded as described; it has as called a flexible wind collar. A hood will cover the head without use of a hat. A flexible wind collar will stand and may shield the back of the head maybe to the crown from winds depending upon the style, but doesNOT actually provide head coverage as in the case of a hood. An attached hood is still full coverage for the head as in the case of an Anorak style coat garment, but a flexible collar doesNOT provide actual full hooded head coverage.

The itemdescription says attached hood. A hood covers your head like a hat, not just your neck, that is a fancy collar only, This coat has TWO great COLLARS, but no actualHOOD, again item doesNOT matchDescription/NOT As Described. If the coat had a hood it would be perfect, but it is only a very full collar for decorative as opposed to actual covering the head if you don’t have a hat type real-hood coverage. I even double checked to see if something zipped out, but unfortunately, NO, there is NO actual Hood, there is only an outer flexible wind collar to support the interior bibcollar, so while decorative, it doesn't actual cover/fit go on the head. which makes it NOT as described. And asInthis issue as the garment doesNOTmatchDescription and coat is not as described, I am requesting a free-complimentary returns label with a full refund to method of payment

These boards are not where you come to request return shipping labels and get refunds. If the listing for the jacket actually said it came with a Hood and/or there is a photo of a cover the head hood. All you have to do to get a return shipping label is go to your Purchase history, find the title for the listing you bought from, and to the right is a More actions button. Click on that, from the list that appears, select Item not as described, then missing parts or pieces. Once you have filled out the info and filed the dispute, it will appear on your My eBay Summary page.
The seller will have 3 days to reply to the dispute by sending a return shipping label or if they do not want an item returned, by sending a refund. If the seller does neither of those things on day four or on the date ebay may give you. Go to your summary page find the dispute and ask ebay to step in.
