Problem Seller
Hi,
I bought sneakers from a seller as a guest. I requested a refund. The seller claims they can't see my guest order, and after 1 month of emailing him and speaking to Ebay 4 times, Ebay says they can't contact sellers to resolve my problem with him. Ebay directed me to send him my guest order Ebay generated username, the order number and he should refund me. He still claims Ebay should contact him for more information and Ebay handles guest refunds. How can I get my refund?

The seller has no record of an order from you because you didn't order under your account name. You placed a guest order which has an eBay-assigned name.

OP9 months agoThank you so much for responding with very helpful information so quickly! I actually just resolved the problem with a phone call with a supervisor at Ebay. She gave me the refund, told me to keep the sneakers and said the seller violated their policies and they will do an investigation of the seller and circumstances and may take action.
