Problem purchasing any items on eBay
Every time I try to purchase anything on eBay I see announcement cannot ship to that location , something wrong with my account or something locations the same last 20 years didn't have that problem before

1) are you using VPN? If so try turning that off
2) Have you entered a wrong zip code in the shipping window? On the next item you look at, please click the "see details"
