Problem Listing Item...

Question

I thought I was ready to list my item but I keep getting a message saying something went wrong. I double checked all my info but can't find anything??? This is my first listing and I don't even know where else to look for a potential problem. Can anyone advise please?

Have you registered as a seller and signed to Ebay Managed Payments?
