problem listing an item

Hello,

I am experiencing issues listing items on my eBay account. My account was originally registered in Puerto Rico, but I am now living permanently in the United States, and all the items I sell are physically located with me in the U.S. and shipped from the U.S.

When I try to create a listing, the system blocks it and shows a message indicating that I am listing a "forward deployed" item or that the item is being listed from a country different from my registered address. I do not do drop shipping, I do not use a third-party warehouse, and I do not use international forwarding services.

I have tried to update my address, but the option to change my primary address does not appear.

Please update and synchronize my primary address to my current U.S. address and remove any location based restriction so I can list items normally.
