problem in seller sign in procedure
Hi, I couldn't finish the setting up for seller sign in as there are only states and provinces for US in the drop down menu, but I am using Australia driver license as id verification. Anyone can help with same situation is appreciated. thanks.

You seem to be trying to register your account on ebay's U.S. based site (ebay.com) When registering you should do it by logging into your home site (www.ebay.com.au) the Australian based site. Then your Australian license will be able to be verified.
If you want items to be seen by buyers from other countries on ebay, That is automatically done when setting up your shipping rules. You select the countries you will ship to and your listings will be seen on those country's ebay sites.
Examples: If you will ship to the U.S. we will see your listing on ebay.com
If you will ship to the U.K. they will be seen by members on ebay.co.uk
France; ebay.fr
Kiwis will see items listed on your home site which is shared with them.
You will probably need more help getting started so once you have registered, go to your home site's community to ask the members there for help.

You need to register on eBay.com.au
Then you will be able to list on eBay.com
