Problem: I can't add an item to my shopping cart
Hello, I'm having a complaint that I'd like to share and it's that every time I try to add a certain item to my cart or click on "Buy it Now", I get these messages, "Couldn't add to cart. Try again" and..... "The seller isn't accepting offers or bids from you", I don't know why but I assure myself and people who buy and sell products on eBay, I haven't done anything wrong and even if I did, I'd always go through lengths to make up and apologize for my actions!

Sellers can block a buyer for any reason, or no reason at all.
The most common reason is unpaid items. You can check your purchase history page - at the top is a link for unpaid items. https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

OP5 months agoWhat do you mean by that? I always pay for the items I want on eBay! Trust me, I'd never have at least one unpaid item on my Purchase History page! And even if I did, I'd do whatever it takes to resolve my problem!

Just saying it is something to check for, since you don’t seem to know why this specific seller would block you. Sometimes things get forgotten.

OP5 months agoHypothetically speaking, sometimes people get blocked for both good and bad reasons. Besides, I think I'm probably being blocked for just a reason that is going to remain a "big mystery" or I just can't buy the products I want from the seller. You are probably correct. You can try using the message seller link on his item to ask why you are blocked, but he may also stop blocked buyers from contacting him.

OP4 months agoYou know, I've checked my purchase history page and to see if there are any unpaid items and guess what? There are no unpaid items! Also, I think you're right about only ONE thing; Sellers block buyer for a reason and no reason and I think I've reached a logical conclusion..... The seller is blocking random people for unknown reasons that either make sense or don't make sense.
