Problem getting paid

Question

I received a label with pre paid shipping but when I brought it to shipper it required a higher amount. When I paid the difference they created a new label and tracking number. Customer has to old me he received item but since tracking number was not the same as eBay label they still show package as not delivered and my funds on hold. How do I resolve this??

Not sure if this will help at this stage, but go to the original tracking number, click EDIT and enter the tracking number for the label the clerk printed.
