problem contacting a human at eBay
Can someone please tell me how to contact an actual person at eBay so that I can explain a problem that I can't find any other method to explain. The problem is that I have a SKULL FRACTURE and that I can no longer use a computer and I cannot leave any feedback at all or check any messages for probably a very long time because of the concussion and the actual brain damage. Thank you.

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.
If I were in your situation, I would stop buying and selling on ebay until the problem was corrected. Either that, or have a close relative or friend help you.
