Private selller to Business
Hi, please i got a mail from Ebay that i should upgrade to business account .I would like to please know what the advantages and disadvantages are.Secondly my previous account was blocked and i have waited for 6 months still no email as to when it will be unblocked so i can recover my money that was withheld. Do you have any advice.Thank
