You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

Be sure to MANUALLY add the tracking for the label you bought at the post office to the sold item by selecting edit next to the tracking number.
The sold item will have two tracking numbers so be sure to let the buyer know which tracking number to watch. You can not remove the extra tracking number.
