Priority Flat rate choices for shipping items
I only see one Priority Flat Rate choice when trying to ship/print a label . I no longer see an option for Priority Flat Rare padded envelope. Has Ebay done away with this item ? I was able to go to the USPS site and do it but with no Ebay shipping discount. Does anyone now about this? The AI chat was useless!!

Mentor4 months agoWhen you create the listing, you need to have the proper size listed for the priority padded rate envelope to show up.
If you want to use the label in the shipping program, change your dimensions to fit the product you are trying to use. I use 8 x 6 x 1 and it shows up.
What is likely happening is that your dimensions are larger than the expected size for that product. Change the size and it should show up.
