Prior sales item description is no longer available?
Hello all, I purchased a collectors item a few months back and details in the description are important to the value of the item. I have looked for a while now and for some reason unable to pull the actual sale page with the item description up? Any ideas?

Mentor2 weeks agoI believe there is a limited time to see the description, and then after a time, you only see limited details, which do NOT include the description. I looked at my past purchases, and the description is still visible for items purchase in January and April 2026, but not for purchases made in 2025.

I just checked my Purchase history and the items do not have the listing detail page information available. If you have the actual item you will have to generate new details based on your own inspection and observation.

OP2 weeks agoThis is from April so thats odd you still see yours! I really wish Ebay made itva littleceasier to get a hold of them. Im sure thry can dig it up easy. Ebay CS is horrific.

I suspect that after delivery is confirmed they time out and the details are stripped off.
