Printing two labels by mistake
Is there anything that can be done for making a mistake. I didn’t realize I bought a shipping label for FedEx while comparing prices for something I sold. I bought a label a few minutes later from USPS for the same exact item. I am shocked that the eBay system even let me purchase a label from one carrier knowing I had already purchased shipping on this. Just trying to get my $12 back if anyone knows how. The item has not been dropped off yet. Thank you.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your seller hub and under Orders click on Shipping Labels. Find the label you did not use and click on cancel. FedEx will wait to see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. Then they will allow a refund which will be available as a payout. eBay will let you know when the refund is allowed.
