Printing shipping labels on envelopes

I am not able to print shipping labels on envelopes. I have tried changing the format under shipping labels, but it only comes up with a packing list and not an address label. Any helps, suggestions will be much appreciated!

@phantom_of_the_attic Did you try these steps>>>

Change the shipping label size on your label page.

Click on Change on the right hand side under the addresses, then next page you can select 7 x2
