Printing shipping labels - No services available.
I am unable to print shipping labels this morning. I see a message that says "No services available." Is eBay having issues with printing shipping labels? I tried chat, but their live chat is closed.

OP2 years agoIf anyone else is having this problem, please add a reply to let me know. eBay chat and FB messaging have gone radio silent.

MANY are having the issue, the boards have exploded with complaints ... eBay is working on for sure but it may take a little time. I have a label to print too for a sale that happened an hour ago but I offer 1 Day handling so I don't have to ship until tomorrow ... I will wait and suspect the issue will be resolved ...

They experienced a far reaching technical issue that they are currently working on, it is the highest priority ticket in their system right now.
Back up plans for a rare occurrence like this could include using other internet postage services or paying at the counter (I would copy and paste the Buyer's address to a Word Doc, print it out and cut out the label then tape it on the package). If a Seller pays at the counter the need to take the receipt back and manually load the tracking number. More work to be sure but it gets the job done.
I suspect eBay may suspend late shipping defects as the result of this issue.

OP2 years agoThank you. That is very helpful. You would think eBay would put a note in the eBay for business FB page, but apparently that's too much trouble.
