Printing Multiple Labels
I generated four Fedex Labels for a listing I sold. Realized I needed to use UPS. I selected print another label, switched it to UPS & everything was good for the first label. When I tried to create subsequent labels, however, it wouldn't let me. Kept saying "something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label"

·3 years agoYou can only purchase 5 labels for each order.
Try voiding the other labels and see if it'll let you buy more, I don't know if it will or not.
