Mentor2 years agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
If the order is not there, the buyer has not yet paid for the item. If the buyer has paid, you click PURCHASE SHIPPING LABEL. You already have Ground Advantage selected for the shipping method, so you only need to change the weight of the package and the dimensions as needed, and then print your shipping label. It will print on 8-1/2 x 11 size paper, which you can cut and then tape onto your package. Make sure the clerk at the post office scans the label and gives you a receipt.
