Printing labels to a 4x6 thermo label

Hi,

I'm having trouble printing labels on a 4 x 6 thermo label. My settings are correct on my printer. it works fine printing other items. I just can not print the label correctly it comes out sideways. I've changed the landscape, etc. It's a Jaden Thermal Label Printer JD-268BT. Printing from a lap top windows system.

@66chromeparts1 Website There is a Print Format "Change" button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen. - If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the " Show additional shipping options " on the upper right, then look again.
