PRINTING LABELS
I REPEAtely have issues with "print Label " button, instead a printable label it brings up some USPS website which has nothing to do with printing my label and you have to pay for another label the "download Label" button will not work if the above happens

I haven't encountered any problems printing labels. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or tried using another browser?
