Printing label for return

Question

I started a return for an item that was damaged. The seller accepted my return and sent me a shipping label which opened and popped up for me. I got home and went to print the label but it's no longer available and i cant find anyway to access it anymore. Someone please help.

This just happened to me today. It seems to be a common glitch that has been happening for a few days now. Use this to contact eBay. Click on the chatbot link and then after answering some questions select that you need more help. Then click on contact agent. I recommend using the live chat function instead of having eBay call you. That eliminates most of the language problems. The agent will verify the item(s) and then email you the label.
