You need to reduce the number of characters to 50 or less for address lines 1 and 2. (Use abbreviations as needed, remove unnecessary words, etc.)
You can edit your return address here:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Then when you purchase your label, use the Edit link below the Return address over on the right side of the page to select the new one.
