I sold an item. The buyer pays for shipping. Do I simply print the label and send it?

The buyer pays you the shipping and you use that to purchase the label. The buyer's payment to eBay includes the item, the shipping you set on your listing, and any tax they owe. eBay takes their selling fees out and sends you the balance.
You can purchase the label through eBay labels (get shipping label link). You will receive a discounted price, the tracking number will automatically be added to your order, and a message sent to the buyer with the tracking information. Be sure to check that your package details are accurate. Round all numbers up to the next whole number as the system will not take decimals. 8.5 inches should be 9, same with ounces for weight.
