Printing a shipping label for a return
I am returning an item to a seller as I was sent the wrong item. I got an email from eBay with a "please print shipping label" button but it does not generate a shipping label. It merely takes me to a screen where I can see the progress of the return.
How can I actually print the shipping label for the return?
I've tried checking in various messages and statuses and gone through tons of online help pages, all sound like I should be able to print a shipping label and yet, none is shown to me.

OP3 years agoI got it to generate a PDF on the APP. Never could get it to work on a desktop/laptop via standard browser.
