Printing a shipping label
When I print a shipping label, it has no attached receipt. How do I change that? There used to be an attached receipt. I don't know what changed.

Only USPS labels will have the option for the receipt and instructions section. It is not available on UPS and FedEx labels. If it is not printing on USPS ones there is a setting that may be turned off. On the shipping labels page in the order details section is the label format option (at the bottom), click change to open the box. Under the label size options is a check box Add receipt and instructions (USPS only) make sure it is ticked on.
