Printing a label for return

Question

I'm returning an item that doesn't work. I clicked on print shipping label and sent it off via Federal Express. Now I get back and I have obtion on ebay to print shipping label. Again, I printed the shipping label and enclosed the details in the shipped package. Not I long into ebay and it says Print a shipping label again?! how do you know you get a refund if ebay doesn't recognize that they generated the return shipping label?

@jessiesalazar . Once you have the label scanned by FedEx it should update in the case. The system won't know you shipped without a carrier scan.
