Printing a ebay return label

I have a purchased item I'd like to return. The customer service instructions for printing an ebay return label do not work. How can I actually speak someone to get help?

@toddgreen35emal The reason for the return AND the sellers return policy determines who pays return shipping and IF the seller has to accept the item back.

If the item is somehow not as described and the seller has not issued the return label Ask eBay to Step in and Help on the 4th business day.
