Printing 4 x 6 thermal labels correctly
We have tried 2 different thermal printers, watched many videos and read threads in an effort to figure out how to get our 4 x 6 labels to print correctly. Most of the videos were more than 2 years old and apparently the settings options have changed as we are unable to see any options to adjust our labels to 4 x 6. They currently print small and sideways on the labels. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mentor2 years agoOn the create label page look to the lower right where is shows the label format and click Change to select the 4x6 format.
