    Printify Shipping Error Message
                     

    Hi there! Some of my Printify merchandise will not publish to Ebay bc of a "shipping error." The merchandise does not fall within the Ebay prohibited items, so I do not understand why I am receiving the error. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, can you guide me on how to fix it? Thank you, Christy

    You do not have any active listings under this user ID so we can see the type of shipping you are currently using, in order to make any suggestions.  Are you specifying USPS ground advantage for your shipping?

    Just an FYI you didn't see listings because of the glitch. I wish eBay would fix it already!

    @thespiritualhippie   Have you linked and verified your checking account?  

     

    I don't use Printify personally but I have heard from other sellers that you need to use Business Policies for shipping.  

    set up the policies on this page and then you select a policy when listing>
