printer trouble
I could use some help with my label printer the labels print cut off and sideways. Anyone have this problem? and if so how did you fix it?

There is a Print Format "Change" button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen.
- If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the "Show additional shipping options" on the upper right, then look again.
Click the "Change" and you can select PDF or PNG and the layout. For a label printer, choose (4x6) or (7x2)
