printer issues when printing my shipping label...

Question

I had printer issues when printing....it would tear the labels. I thought (new seller here) that I was reprinting the same label but noooooooo I was getting NEW shipping labels from ebay with new tracking numbers. I know! Dumb me! So i was charged for each. I did go request canceling them due to printing issues. Will this actually work or did I lose out big and learn a lesson???? Stupid mistake....

Well you may have learned a lesson but not lost your money. If you went to your shipping label page and cancelled the unused labels then the shipping carrier must see that the labels were not used. This takes 21 days. Once the refund is allowed eBay will let you know and the refund will be available as a payout.
