Printer is broken but already chose print label option. I need the QR code but can’t find it

You'll have to cancel the label that's supposed to be printed, and then request a label again, only select QR code before you click print.

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Then, you can print another label:

2) Select View Order Details, then Get Another Label <<==

3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your package and select Shipping Method
4) Select QR Code
