Printer failed to print label information no longer existing

At the end of an auction, my printer failed to print the shipping label and packing list and I cannot retrieve that information.How do I restore it so I can try to print it?

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

You have 5 days to VOID the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined that the label was never used.

You can REPRINT the label within 24 hours of the first attempted printing.
