Ok, so here is the deal. In 2006, I bought this same model printer. I have been using it in my office since, but lately it started not printing as dark on the right edge of the page. It has been doing this for a while whether or not the toner cartridge is new or not. Therefore, I thought I would buy another printer to replace it, looked at yours, bought it and ultimately did not install it as I was wanting to use up the toner cartridge in my old printer as I knew it was getting low. This explains the two month delay between the purchase date and the installation of your printer. I installed yours and can get it to print one page, but the paper jams in it while it is trying to print the second page every time and I am using the same paper. This is unacceptable. Additionally, even when I print a page the print number does not increase. It remains at zero. This is odd in that my old one tells me how many pages it has printed during the entire time I have used it. I have since had to move another printer up to my front desk and put yours back into the box it came in as the frustration is not worth it. I would like to return your printer for a full refund. Please respond with how you would like to proceed from here. |

You are beyond 30 days from delivery, so you cannot file a Return Request through Ebay. You can try to file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal, or contact your funding source.

OP2 years agoI should have tried the printer right away to make sure I did not get taken advantage of. I might not be able to leave any feedback after 60 days, bit I will say that I would encourage anyone to avoid buying anything from twinpickers247. They are dishonest period!
