Printed UPS need to change buyer's address
I printed UPS label then buyer said it was wrong address, How do I void the label or edit the address? Thanks

Mentor2 years agoYou are only protected from a not received claim when you ship to the address on the payment, so do not change the address.
If it is wrong, select 'unmark as shipped' in your sold orders, then cancel the transaction as problem with buyer's address. Relist and have them buy it again with the correct address.
You don't need to void a UPS label - it isn't charged until delivery.
