Printed UPS label but now need a larger box
I have already printed my UPS label for shipping. I now find that I need to use a slightly larger box and the weight is 8 oz. more than the original label.
What are my options?

You will need to void/cancel the incorrect label and then purchase a new one with the correct information.
Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. More details on the page below.

To get the new one go back to the order and in the drop down menu is the option to purchase another label.
