printed shipping label without enough postage for weight
I didn't realize that my item was listed as weighing one pound and printed the shipping label. I'm not concerned with the additional cost, but I don't know how to update the weight as the auction is ended and I've been paid. I don't want to cancel the label without knowing there is a way to fix the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The carrier will refund your payment in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
You can now select PRINT ANOTHER LABEL, and this time, change the weight and dimensions of the package so it is correct before you print the label.

An unused shipping label can be canceled for up to 28 days. Once you void/cancel a label, it takes approximately 21 days to see the refund.
