Printed Shipping Label and it's the wrong return address

Help! I moved and thought I had changed my address, turns out my OLD address is in the "ship from" and I didn't realize - once the label is printed, what can I do?

Go to your address page and update as needed.

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.

Also note: Item Location on the listing must be changed on the listing itself.

Unfortunately there are multiple places that need to have an address change entered. One change does not cover all of the required places. So you need to go back to your account settings and under personal > addresses make sure that all five address sections have your new address entered.

Then you can purchase a new label (reprinting will just give the same label information) and void the old unused label. When you void the label the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which will take 21 days. Once the refund is allowed eBay will let you know and it will be available as a payout.
