You can sometimes pay at the post office.
The cleaner way to do this is to cancel that label and buy a correct label on eBay.
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
(eBay Standard Envelopes are an exception. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is purchased/printed. https://pages.ebay.com/sell/standarddelivery/termsofservice.html)
Then, you can print another label:
1) Go to the order https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select View Order Details, then Print Another Label <<==
3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your package and select Shipping Method and the correct label will print.

OP5 months agoPackage already shipped and recieved by buyer so i cant cancel the label so ill go to post office i guess

Actually if it is already shipped and out of your possession, you won't be able to add money now, even in person.
The post office may send you a bill through eBay for the additional amount. They check weights during various steps of shipping and then bill you.
