Printed label too large
Using an Epson printer connected by wi-fi to iPhone 14. The printed label is too large for package . Somehow this changed a while back. The labels used to be 4x6 , now they’re 8x11. I don’t know how to change back to 4x6. Help , thanks

The setting is on the labels page when you purchase a label. When you purchase your next label look for the print format setting at the bottom of the order details section. It will show the current setting and a change link. If you are not seeing that you may be on the basic shipping page, look for a link at the top to switch to the advanced page.
If you are using the app you may need to log on using a browser. Once you chnage it for the first label it should stay changed.

OP4 months agoThanks , I really appreciate your reply so quickly. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure how to print a smaller label. I actually ended up just using copy and reducing the 8x11 label to 4x6.
Next time I hope I do better with your guidance. Thanks again
